pots and dishes. Each of their many categories have many items to
choose from – and they’re all offered through customized shipping
options that allow you to pick up your items from a local warehouse
store for a cheaper price. But if you want to simply have them ship
the items to your home, they can do that too.
Also, as a part of the online experience,
customers have a chance to interact with the one and only Anna. Anna
is an animated talking head that has one goal in mind: helping you
to navigate the site with the greatest of confidence. If you want to

close in the process – she was still available and waiting for my
next question. From that experience, it seems Anna is a nice
navigational service and great addition to the website.
